“The guide was great. He was informative, fun, and extremely knowledgeable. He did a wonderful job and I enjoyed the tour. My only gripe is that we only entered one building. I wrongly assumed we would be going inside the places on the itinerary (music hall, memorial hall), and somehow also was under the false impression we would be going through some of the tunnels (old subway or whatever). So, it was disappointing when we didn’t. That may have been my fault to falsely assume we were and I’m not sure how or why I thought so. It was still an interesting tour but not sure I would have done…”
