“Patrick was very knowledgeable and chock full of great information. But this was more of an historical tour with a few ghost stories. Too much time was spent standing in one spot. When someone asked a question the entire group stopped instead of that person’s question being answered as we walked. Patrick had great pictures to share with us but took time to find them on his iPad. The tour dragged on so long that 9 of us left before the tour was back at the ending spot. I enjoyed hearing all the history but expected something different since this was a ghost tour.”
